Catered Chalets

Mrs Miggins catered chalets pride themselves on offering something a cut above the rest.

Each of our catered chalets vary slightly in the services they offer but all comprise of the following Mrs Miggins Service:

Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by our fantastic hosts, who will have delicious champagne and canapés, or tea and home baked cakes waiting for you, depending on your time of arrival.

We can have all of your lift passes, ski lessons and equipment hire prepared and waiting for you as soon as you arrive in the resort. You then have the rest of the day to ski, explore, or just relax at the chalet before being indulged in a three or four course culinary delight accompanied by a selection of carefully chosen wines.

Breakfast is a chance to prepare for your day on the slopes in comfort. Your host will prepare and serve you with a full continental breakfast, with fresh bread and pastries, a choice of cereals and juices, tea, coffee and a hot option is always available.

On your return to the chalet in the afternoon you will find afternoon tea set out in delicious spread, freshly baked cakes and bread, teas, coffees and hot chocolate, for you to indulge in at your leisure.

Your Dinner time is a relaxed affair, where you can indulge in a variety of tempting dishes and discuss the days activities. Our menus are both creative and fresh, offering a taste of local delights and more international cuisine. As you dine you will enjoy carefully selected French wines to accompany your meal. To finish, your host will serve you with quality coffee and chocolates before leaving you to snuggle up by the fire and enjoy the rest of your evening as you wish.

Your host (who does not live on site), has one day off during the week (normally Wednesday), when fresh bread and pastries will be delivered to the chalet, and you can help yourself to a breakfast buffet prepared by your host the night before. This is the perfect evening to experience one of the local restaurants, many of which we can recommend personally! We can take care of the reservations on your behalf.

Bespoke Catering Service

Enjoy fantastic food prepared and served by somebody else in the comfort of your own chalet!

We are specialists in providing unique in-house catering for private and self-catering chalets. We offer our clients a choice of innovative menus from which they may create their own three course menu, plus cheese and coffee, or follow one of our suggestions.

Mrs Miggins staff can cater your one off special occasion or celebration or indulge you for the length of your stay. Our aim is to make our client's visit to Châtel and their holiday homes as luxurious and enjoyable as possible. We offer a variety of catering services and aim to be flexible to suit our clients' individual needs.

Daily Breakfast Delivery Service

We offer the delivery of fresh bread and croissants to your door each morning of your holiday so that you don't have to brave the cold and can be on the slopes with no delay!

Ski Biz

We can pre-order your lift passes, hire and any lessons you may require in advance, avoiding queues and making the start to your holiday hassle free and organised.

Airport Transfers

We can arrange your transfers to and from Geneva Airport. Please enquire.

Child Care & Other Requirements

Other services we can help you with are Child Care reservations (local crèche, kindergarten or Nanny Service) and restaurant bookings.
